We never charge any of the add-on fees charged by the travel sites. Our nightly rate is $200 per night with a three-night minimum.

We charge a $95 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security deposit.  In addition, the Puerto Rico Tourism Authority charges a 7% tourism tax. 

You can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund from us up through the day before your check-in.
